If the shepherds had not come to worship
when the good news came to them,
if there had never been a star
Or Babe in Bethlehem
there would be no Christmas story:
there would be no “Peace on Earth”,
for a miracle of love occurred
the night of Jesus’ birth,
in spite of what some say,
for without our precious Saviour,
there would be no Christmas Day.
